Method for the sealing by mortar of tie-rods in ceilings or vertical walls of stone, concrete, rock structure. It is characterised in that the bolt or the jacket are coated with sealing mortar. A prefabricated cartridge containing the mortar, hydrated on the worksite, is presented with its capsule removed in front of the hole already drilled and the bolt with its jacket pushes the mortar into this hole. The cartridge is then withdrawn and the bolt or the jacket with the bolt are used in the mortar which has set. <IMAGE>
