PURPOSE:To attain emergency broadcast even when a commercial power supply fails for a long time. CONSTITUTION:A center 3 sends an OFF signal when a commercial power supply fails to turn off sequentially amplifiers 1, starting from the amplifier 1 of a terminal equipment side. Thus, the power consumption of a battery for an uninterruptible power supply 2 is reduced, the center 3 sends an ON signal on emergency broadcast to activate the said amplifiers 1 sequentially from the center 3 toward the terminal equipment side. |
