TRANSISTOR OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To compensate the voltage drop of 8 control transistor TR and to reduce the drop of the emitter voltage of an energizing TR for improvement of efficiency of an energizing circuit in regard of a transistor output circuit which applies the ON/OFF control to the energizing transistor of an emitter follower system and then supplies a current. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generating part 2 outputs continuously the pulses of the same amplitude through plural output terminals with no duplication of the pulse output time. Each coupling capacitor 3 eliminates the DC component out of each output pulse and outputs the DC component to a voltage synthesizing part 5. The part 5 rectifies and synthesizes the pulses to generate the boosting DC voltage and also synthesizes the boosting voltage with the voltage of 8 collector voltage supply circuit 4 to output the DC supply voltage of a control transistor Q2.
