PURPOSE:To produce the electrostatic charge image carrier small in the discintegration of carrier particles and improved in uniformly coating the surface of the carrier particle with a resin. CONSTITUTION:In this method spray-coating the surface of the carrier particles with the resin solution by using the fluidized bed coating device, the environmental temp. in the fluidized bed 3 is 30-90 deg.C and the resin solution is sprayed in a condition of 35-350L/min flow gas quantity per 1kg carrier particle. |
