<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of network resistor which can improve both heat cycle property and moisture resistance. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of conductors 2 are arranged specified intervals apart on an alumina substrate 1, and a resistor 3 for connecting conductors 2 is made, and then a resistor element is covered with protective glass so as to passivate the resistor element composed of the conductors 2 and the resistor 3, and the resistance value of each resistor existing between the conductors is trimmed, and next the entire resistor element is covered with protective glass 4, and a lead frame 5 is connected to each conductor 2, and subsequently resin mold 6 is applied to the section excluding the lead frame 5.</p> |
