摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To operate a shutter mechanism performing cut-off and cut-off release of a laser optic axis at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A shutter plate 1 cutting off a laser optic axis 2 by clockwise turning operation and releasing said cut-off by anticlockwise turning operation is journalled for turning. In addition to turning drive of the shutter plate right and left by the coils 5a, 5b as well as a coil 31, the shutter plate 1 performs turning drive by means of the coils 6a and 6b as well as a coil 32. An open sensor 7 and a closed sensor 8 detect a turning angle of the shutter plate 1 in the cut-off state and in the cut-off release state of the optic axis 2. According to this detected turning angle, a driving direction by means of the coil 6a or the like is made a reverse direction of the driving direction by means of the coil 5a or the like. Accordingly, owing to the drive by means of a magnetic circuit, switching operation can be performed at high speed.</p>
