<p>PURPOSE:To internally convert especially the arrangement order of parallel signals with respect to the semiconductor integrated circuit suitable for high- density packaging on a printed board. CONSTITUTION:An input port 2 and an output port 4 of a semiconductor integrated circuit 10 which processes parallel signals are provided with selectors S and T which switch the arrangement order of parallel signals MSB to LSB. Connection of these selectors is controlled by control signals C1 and C2 to switch the bit order of input/output ports. Thus, corresponding bit signals are given to the adjacent semiconductor integrated circuit without inverting the signal lines. Therefore, wiring jumpers are made unnecessary, and an electronic circuit packaged with a high density is obtained.</p> |
