<p>PURPOSE:To execute an exact information processing by eliminating a shift of time generated at the time of synchronizing the time between computers. CONSTITUTION:In order to obviate a shift of time generated at the time of transmitting time between computers necessitating synchronizing the time, a transfer time is measured by transmitting data in advance by a transfer time measuring means 12. In such a state, this system is constituted of a time determining means 13 for determining the time to be transmitted from the other party computer in order to synchronize the time based on the measured transfer time, and a time sending-out means 14 for transmitting the time to a terminal.</p> |
