PURPOSE:To make both grill cooking and warm keeping by forming a step in the central part of a grill plate so that the rear surface is recessed and the oversurface is protruded, giving the grill plate an outside shape equal to that of a heating coil, and giving the step a shape equal to the inside shape of the heating coil. CONSTITUTION:At the lower body 11 a ring-shaped heating coil 12, circuit board 14, and cooling fan 14 are fixed, and a leg 15 is formed rigidly on the undersurface. A recessed case 16 is placed on the upper edge of the upper body 17 and secured to a boss 18 provided on the lower body 11. Using a holder metal piece 21 a top plate 19 of glass ceramic is secured to a case 16 through a packing 20 of silicon rubber which is fitted to the case 16. Grips 23 are fixed to the ends of a grill plate 22 mad of stainless steel Al and clad material. The bottom periphery of this grill plate 22 is configured equal to the peripheral shape of the coil 12. The plate 22 is provided in its center with a step 24 protruded upward, whose size is approx. made equal to the bore of the coil 12. |
