PURPOSE: To provide a method for making the schedule plan of a convention in a large organization by synthesizing an organizational chart and an individual schedule chart. CONSTITUTION: An operator calls an organizational chart including constituting members who are supposed to attend a convention for making the schedule plan of the convention (34). When the organizational chart can not be used, the operator can automatically prepare it. When each constituting member of the organization is displayed, the operator can confirm the possibility of the attendance of each constituting member by making each constituting member display each schedule chart. When the constituting members who can attend at the convention are decided from one organization, the constituting members can be added to a list. |
