PURPOSE:To provide an interface device capable of directly connecting a data driven computer with a graphic display device. CONSTITUTION:Data outputted from a data driven computer 20 are written in an FIFO 56 and latched by a latch 52, the latched data are decoded by an OP code decoder 58 and an instruction code such as screen output ON/OFF is applied to a multiport video RAM 69. A memory interface 57 forms a writing address and data based upon the latched data, an ADR selector 65 selects a transfer address, a memory clear address, or the writing address and reads out data from a multiport video RAM 69 based upon the selected address and a DAC control 70 converts input data into a video signal and displays a graphic on a graphic display 40. |
