PURPOSE:To continuously take out the electric energy by installing a cartridge type auxiliary tank in the vicinity of a fuel chamber, and providing a cassette type electrode in which a honeycomb structure electrolyte aspiration film is assembled, catalyst, and a container which possesses chemical resistance and pressure tightness and replenishing fuel. CONSTITUTION:A bottom cover 8 is demounted, and an electrode which is formed by plating a catalyst which is easily ionized with the liquid and gas of fuel on the steel plate wire of an electrode 3 is inserted into a container 2. The bottom 8 is closed, and an electrolyte is charged to the full from a inlet port 1. An auxiliary tank 7, pipe 9 and an electrolyte adjusting port 6 are connected by a pipe 10. Fuel substance is poured up to the upper edge of a communication pipe 5 from one H-shaped inlet port 1. The pushed-out electrolyte is collected into the tank 7. The tank 7 has the nearly equal capacity to the H shaped part. When a load is connected with a lead wire 4, operation starts. The inside of the container 2 is decompressed by the consumption of fuel, and the container 2 is filled with the electrolyte supplied form the tank 7 by the syphon principle. When fuel is exhausted, fuel is supplied, and then electric current flows for a long time. |
