PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble of registering the identification numbers of a radio base device by informing an exchange of the identification number of the radio base station through a radio base control trunk. CONSTITUTION:When a radio base device 28 is shifted from a modular 9 to a modular 11, a radio base trunk 26 recognizes that the radio base device 28 is removed from the modular 9. When the modular is sent to a central processing device 20, it clears the identification number table of a main storage 25. When a radio base device 28 controls a modular 11, a signal inquiring identification number is received from a radio base control trunk 27 by cycle data transfer. A device 28 sends the identification number to the trunk 27. The central processing device 20 writes the identification number in an identification number table of the main storage 25 and recognizes that it is connected to the module 11 of the trunk 27. Then the normal operation is enabled.
