The invention relates to a motor vehicle on which is mounted a flexible wing structure affording lift in flight. This wing structure can be folded up and transported on the vehicle. The vehicle is composed of a motor vehicle (1) on which is mounted a flexible wing structure (2) by crossed connecting rod assemblies (4) and (5) of lengths designed to eliminate navigation loads, decrease drag and allow the wing structure to be folded up and transported on the motor vehicle without dismantling. The flying motor vehicle is intended for the airborne and road-going movement of individuals. <IMAGE>
