NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R<1> and R<2> are lower alkyl or together with N form a heterocyclic group; R<3> is H, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or nitro). EXAMPLE:(Z)-2-[ 4-( 4-benzyloxyphenyl )-2-phenyl-1-butenyl ]phenoxy]-N,N-dime thylethylamine hydrochloride. USE:It has excellent anti-estrogen activity and is useful especially for the remedy of mammary tumor and anovular sterility. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting the alkene derivative of formula II with the benzyl halide derivative of formula III (X is halogen) in an organic solvent. |
