New device for extruding cement mortar consists of a cylindrical container (1) which tapers at its base to about half its dia. and is connected to a conical screw-conveyor housing (2) which is in turn connected to a nozzle housing (3) with an outlet nozzle (4). A conical conveyor screw (5) is located in the container and the conveyor housing, and is connected to a smaller conveyor screw (6) which extends to the base of the nozzle housing. A nozzle needle (7) is attached to this smaller screw and extends to the outside of the nozzle. USE/ADVANTAGE - For forming mortar contours, and esp for making pictorial motifs on decorative panels. The device is light enough to be easily handled and has a narrow nozzle suitable for forming fine lines. Sepn. of the mortar components in the container, blockages in the outlet, and hardening of the mortar at the edges, are prevented.
