PROCESS FOR MAKING SYRUD IN THE GINSENG AND HONEY

摘要

A process for preparing ginseng honey syrup comprises (1) washing ginseng, drying, sterilizing by ethyl alcohol and grinding to 100 mesh, (2) heating honey in a double boiler to elevate sweetness concentration by 30 % of the original honey sweetness. Products from (1) and (2) are mixed uniformly to prepare the syrup.
