Natural powder seasoning is prepd. Thus, 10kg of cow bone or pig bone is cut into 10-20 cm pieces, is treated by hot water for 10-20 hour to extract essence. The water containing essence is concentrated to give 3 kg concentration solution, and is added with 0.1-2 wt.% licorice root extrats, is freeze dried in refrigerator at sub-zero 20-30 deg.C, and pulverized to give 0.5-3 mm powder, which is added with 40-50 wt.% bulked rice flour and dried by cold air dryer at 15 deg.C for 5-10 hours. |
