PURPOSE:To make the input reaction corresponding to the detected error clear and to eliminate unnecessary correction by deciding the line and position of the input column where an error is detected by a position retrieval means. CONSTITUTION:When detecting an error in the input to each input column, an error detection means 1-1 stores its type and data in an error list table. An error display means 1-2 refers to the type of error stored in an error list table to display error messages on a display 1-5. A position retrieval means 1-3 refers to a line management table, error list table, field information table, positioning the cursor. An error position display means 1-4 receives a command from the position retrieval means 1-3 to display the input column with errors detected on a display 1-5. Thus, the input column corresponding to the detected error can be clarified, resulting in requiring no unnecessary correction. |
