PURPOSE:To easily and accurately execute tax management in one transaction and tax management of each salesman by automatically calculating and storing a tax in each salesman. CONSTITUTION:A declaring means is a means for declaring the identification (ID) of a salesman for registering commodities and is formed by a DECLARE key 20M formed on a keyboard 20 and the declared ID is stored in a salesman index memory. A salesman's tax calculating means calculates the tax amount of a sold commodity (article to be taxed) in each declared salesman and consists of a CPU 11 and a ROM 12 to execute paying operation. Namely after completing one transaction, the CPU 11 calculates a tax amount of each salesman based upon an operation program stored an the ROM 12 while using a tax calculating memory in a work memory of each salesman. The calculated tax amount is stored in a tax area of a salesman's data storing means (salesman's memory) by a salesman's tax writing control means (the CPU 11 and the ROM 12). |
