A combination product for reducing the intraocular pressure consists of: a dipivalylepinephrine/carbachol combination (product I) or a dipivalylepinephrine/beta-blocker combination (product II). The combination products can be produced either as solution or in suspension technology, and it is common to all these combination products that they need to be administered only 2 x a day.
