The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of one or more antibacterial substances containing a metal ion selected from among silver, copper and zinc ions and which is stable and capable of keeping its antibacterial and anti-fungal effects even under high-temperature processing conditions.
