Colour photographic material has a reflective substrate with blue- (BS), green-(GS) and red-sensitive (RS) Ag halide (AgX) emulsion coat(s) and opt. light-insensitive binder coats, with inder hardened with an instant hardener (I). The RS layer is sensitised with 1, 3-bis(benzothiazol-2-yl-methin)-cyclohexene salt(s) of formula (II): R53-54 and R59-60=alkyl; R55-58=H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, -(CH(R61)-CH2-O)n or aryl; or R55+R58 and/or R57+R58 = a methylenedioxy gp. or complete a condensed benzene ring; R61 = H or Me; X- = an anion; n = 1-5; the cation contains no covalent sulphonic acid gps; and a mercapto cpd. (III) of oxazine, oxazole, thiazole, thiadiazole, imidazole or tetrazole, which can be substd. by halogen, a sulphonic acid, sulphonamide, carboxyl, alkylsulphonyl or phenyl gp. or an anellated benzene ring, opt. with these substits.
