The device for quickey and easily performing fastening of subsidiary heat exchangers mounted an a gas heater or burner, comprises heat exchanging section (100) with laminated radiation fins (1) and packing (2) between the fins (1) for exchanging heat between warm water and cold water; upper plate section (200) having cold water delivery inlet (211) and hot water discharging outlet (212); lower plate section (300) having cold water inlet (312) and hot water outlet (311); fastening section (400) between the sections (200)(300) for fastening the fins (1). The fastening section has a subsidiary hole (213) bigger in diameter than a smaller fastening hole (214) both peforated on flat plate (210) of the plate (200); a subsidiary hole (313) and a smaller hole (314) on lower plate (310); fastening bar (410) having upper, lower flange surfaces (420)(430) and inserted between the fastening hole (214) and the small hole (3140).
