The device includes a measurement spring (1) of polymer concrete which carries at least one measurement transducer (3), e.g. a strain gauge. The measurement spring has radially expanded regions, pref. at its end sections (2). The measurement transducer has a cover. The spring and transducer are enclosed by a sealing coating (6) of polymer concrete of approximately constant thickness. The spring and/or coating are made using a moulding technique. ADVANTAGE - Robust arrangement enables reactionless deformation or load measurement.
