PURPOSE:To obtain a new polypeptide having anti-blood coagulation, platelet aggregation suppressing action and thrombolytic action. CONSTITUTION:The objective polypeptide consists of the following amino acid sequence: (X)-(Y)a-Glu-Cys-Pro-Glu-Gly-Tyr-Ile-Leu-Asp-Asp-Gly-Phe-Ile-Cys-Thr- Asp-lie-Asp-Glu (X is amino acid residue or peptide residue consisting of only Asp or Glu and Gla or peptide residue consisting of at least two combinations selected from the group consisting of Asp and Glu and Gla; Y is arbitrary amino acid residue or peptide residue and its length is 0-58 as, the number of amino acid residue; the above-mentioned Gla represents gamma-carboxyglutamic acid residue).
