<p>PURPOSE:To provide a silent pipe which is sufficiently of fire resisting insulation, of corrosion resistance, exhibiting muffling effect while mutual connection is easily made by forming a hard resinous pipe and a fiber reinforced mortar pipe into an inner layer and an outer layer respectively, and thereby filling a space between the layers with non-organic fibers or non-organic powder so as to be hardened with soft synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A silent pipe is so constituted that a hard resinous pipe 1 and a fiber reinforced mortar pipe 2 are formed into an inner layer and an outer layer respectively while each pipe 4 composed of each silent sheet 3 is being interposed in between where non-organic fibers or non-organic powder are filled in a space between the layers so as to be hardened with soft synthetic resin. In this case, each pipe 4 is composed of silent sheet 3 in a tape shape where the longer direction of each tape is extended in the pipe axial direction of the hard resinous pipe 1, and each tape is wound up around the hard resinous pipe 1 while each tape is turned out to be a pipe form having each minute gap left over between the respective tapes at their side peripheries. As the hard resinous pipe 1, regular pipes which are used as a drainage pipe and the like, can be used as they are.</p> |
