MOLDED PRODUCT ARRANGING AND DROPPING MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To smoothly guide a molded product by providing mutually separated grooves whose number corresponds to the kind of the molded product to the guide rail dropping and guiding the molded product ejected from a mold. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding machine molding molded products such as the upper and lower shells of a microfloppy disk, an arranging and dropping mechanism 28 guiding the molded products downwardly in an arranged state to move them is arranged between molds 26 or under said molds. The arranging and dropping mechanism 28 has guide rails 44, 46 vertically provided on both sides of lower and upper shell molding parts 40, 42 of each set arranged on the same vertical line. A first groove 56 having a width dimension having length over the whole of each of the guide rails and slightly larger than the thickness of each shell and bent on the way thereof and a second groove 58 extending from the position near to the lower part of each of the guide rails to the lower end part thereof are formed to each of the guide rails to drop and guide the shells.
