PURPOSE: To economize power during high speed by connecting only a pressure pipe of a transferring circuit formed inside a vane to load in high speed range. CONSTITUTION: In a low speed range, a flow adjusting valve 14 balances the pressure acted on an end face of a land 26 at the side of a chamber 28 with the resultant force of the force of a spring 22 and the pressure in a chamber 34. A control edge 26' of the land 26 sets a branch pipe 33 free. Oil flows from pressure pipes 13, 21 join in the chamber 28 and are delivered by load from an outlet pipe 30. A high speed steering device is ended with slight transferring flow as the steering angle is slight. In this high speed range, as the land 26 covers the branch pipe 33 with the control edge 26', only the pressure oil from the pressure pipe 21 connected to an inside chamber 15 of the vane is delivered by load. All the pressure oil from the pressure pipe 13 flows to suction regions 8, 8A via a returning pipe 27. As the pressure pipe 13 is only acted upon by return pressure, it is possible to economize power effectively during high speed. |
