PURPOSE:To provide an artificial vessel to be inserted in a human organ, wherein the tube can be carried to the object position in the organ upon putting in a catheter in the folded state to then be released free. CONSTITUTION:A ring-form wire member 10 having resilience so as to be capable of being folded is provided at each end of an artificial vessel 7. Between these two wire members 10, looped wires 11 as coupling are set over. Intermediate ring-form wire members 12 are arranged outside of these looped wires 11 to put them in the deformed state in approx. elliptical form. The intermediate wire members 12 and the looped wires 11 are folded so that the artificial vessel 7 is folded, which is then put in a catheter. The artificial vessel 7 is released in the object position in a blood vessel concerned and restored to its original cylindrical form by the resilient restrative forces of the wire members 10, intermediate members 12, and looped wires as coupling 11. |
