PURPOSE:To prevent bedsores by detecting body action in the sleeping state of a sleeper. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a mat 5 equipped with a void 10 inside and equipped with a lot of air outlets 11 on the surface, and air blowing unit 12 equipped with an air blower to blow air to the mat 5. Further, the device is provided with a body action detecting means provided on the mat 5 for detecting coarse body action such as the tossing of the sleeper in a bed and fine body action such as heartbeat breathing while distinguishing them, timer for counting the time of continuing the signals only of the fine body action, and control means for controlling the air blower 13 corresponding to the continuous time. Thus, air blowing is operated corresponding to the sleeping state of the sleeper so as to prevent bedsores. |
