PURPOSE: To provide a device equipped with an adhesive folding gripper cylinder and a transfer folding cylinder or the like for adhering a tube piece on which adhesive is coated to a moving web such as the bottom part of an open bag, and to constitute the whole device compact. CONSTITUTION: A two-layer web 1 constituted of a paper layer and a synthetic resin layer is carried by pairs of feeding rolls 2 and 3, and laterally perforated by a lateral perforating device 4 during that time. Then, the two-layer web piece is torn off between the pair of feeding rolls 3 and a pair of folding gripper cylinders 6, and a double sheet is delivered to a delivery cylinder 7, and an adhesive is applied under the action of an adhesive applying device 8. Then, a folding bar is brought into contact with a folding gripper provided at an adhesive folding gripper cylinder 9 so that the tip of a tube web 10 fed on another path can be held, and the tube piece torn off along the lateral perforation line can be adhered to a double slip with the adhesive. |
