PURPOSE: To maintain the insert position till a closure unit is firmly fixed on a container completely. CONSTITUTION: This closure unit is molded with thermoplastic materials by a multi-material injection molding method, in which molding by a first material is carried out, then molding by a second material is carried out when the residual heat in the first material region in molding and cooling by the first material is conducted to the molding position of the second material. The part corresponding to the thick wall part formed in the region of the first material is deformed by the molding mold by the utilization of the heat conducted to the molding position of the second material. The lid part 11 consists of a tubular pouring part 16 and a lid part 15 for opening and closing a pouring mouth of the pouring part 16, and for the pouring part 16 a holding means to tentatively hold the closure unit 11 in the opening 12 of the container 10 is provided. The holding means has a pair constitution, and can be formed with a linking pawl 29 formed against the container wall or a mold linking element provided outside the pouring part 16. |
