PURPOSE:To prevent break of an image at the time of continuous recording by removing dregs stuck to a thermal head, by a method wherein a cleaning medium for the thermal head is formed by sticking paper or a film to nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric is stuck to paper or a film through a gluing agent layer or an adhesive agent layer and a cleaning medium for a thermal head is obtained. It is preferable that a quantity of permeable gas of the foregoing non woven fabric is 100-350cc/an/sec. A coating liquid consisting mainly of silicone modified polyurethane resin, polyisocyanate and a filler is applied to the paper or a film, a resin layer in crosslinking structure by heating and drying is provided and a cleaning medium for the thermal head is obtained as a separate method. In this case, it is preferable that a weight compounding rate between the silicone modified plyurethane resin and polyisocyanate is within the range of 6/4-2/8. Then it is preferable that a mean particle diameter is within a range of 0.5-10mum. Then it is preferable that a mean particle diameter of the filler is within the range of 0.5-10mum. |
