PURPOSE: To realize a lid of a refuse container having a light weight and durability by integrally blow molding a hinge means with a lid panel. CONSTITUTION: A lid 17 comprises hinges 21, 22 integrally formed with the lid 17, and is mounted at a handle bar 20. The hinges 21, 22 are formed with an annular opening 50 by claws 48, 49 of the hinges. The bar 20 includes a pair of enlarged diameter hinge receiving areas 51, 52 on both ends and an intermediate grip area 53. The hinges 21, 22 are placed directly on the areas 51, 52, and the claws 48, 49 of the hinges 21, 22 are engaged with the areas 51, 52 by pressing and a snap action. Thus, the lid 17 is turned at an axis specified by the bar 20 as a center to be swung to be opened or closed. |
