A tab 4 and coupling 7 hold the box-like body 3 releasably to the toy vehicle chassis. A fold-down staircase 17 at the rear of the body extension 8 latches to stop the toy tipping over backwards. A hinged flap 18 at the front of the extension body 8 pivots down to lie on the floor 6 of the box-like body 3, and a cover flap 41 hinges down from one side of the extension body 8. The side wall 11 of the body extension 8 is transparent, to align with windows 40 in the box-like body 3, which has a sliding roof 39. The rear of the extension body 8 has hinged doors 27. Simulated oxygen cylinders 9 and a tiltable holder 10 for a stretcher are provided within the extension body 8. |
