PURPOSE:To obtain good positive electrostatic chargeability and excellent moisture resistance by incorporating fine inorg. particles having amino group-contg. silicone resin or the cured matter thereof on the surface into a titled developer. CONSTITUTION:The fine inorg. particles having the amino group-contg. silicone resin or the cured matter thereof on the surface are incorporated into the electrostatic developer. More specifically, the amino group-contg. silicone resin or the cured matter thereof has three-dimensional network structure and, therefore, the fine inorg. particles having the amino group-contg. silicone resin or the cured matter thereof on the surface is coated with the uniform and secure film over the entire surface thereof. The possibility that the negative electrostatically chargeable site and hydrophilic site of the fine inorg. particles remain is small. The stable positive electrostatic chargeability is thus imparted to the developer even under high humidity environment. |
