INTAKE CASING FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To speedily attach or detach a cover member to or from an intake casing main body with ease. CONSTITUTION:First engaging members 30 are formed on a circumferential wall 28 of an intake casing main body 22. Second engaging members 33 are formed on a circumferential wall 32 of a cover member 23 fixed to an opening 24 of the intake casing main body 22. The second engaging members 33 are engaged with the first engaging members 30 in such a manner as to contain them therein. One bolt 36 as a fixing means is screwed for restricting relative motion between the intake casing main body 22 and the cover member 23 which is fixed to the main body 22.
