摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of running safety of a vehicle by returning a four-wheel steering state to a 2WS state by immediately stopping control of the rear wheel steering mechanism as well as detecting the occurrence of abnormality in a control means for controlling an electric motor, when such abnormality occurs. CONSTITUTION:A fail safe circuit 36 which detects abnormality of control of rear wheel steering based on car speed information outputted from a car speed sensor 32 and rear wheel steering angle information outputted from a rear wheel steering angle 35 and stops running of an electric motor 28 is provided independently from a control means. |
