PURPOSE: To obtain a circuit detecting the current supplied to a plurality of loads or one load provided, for example, by a multiphase DC motor without markedly dispersing energy to be supplied to load. CONSTITUTION: Pre-driver circuits 30, 31, 32 are connected to the series route between a voltage source and the control elements of power supply circuits 40, 41, 42 and the power supply circuits 40, 41, 42 are connected across one connection node and one load. A detection element 49 is connected to the series route between the voltage source and a power supply circuit connection node. In a pref. example, the detection element 49 is a resistor and the pre-driver circuits 30, 31, 32 are PNP transistors and the power supply circuits 40, 41, 42 are NPN transistors. The PNP transistors and the NPN transistors are connected to form a dummy Darlington transistor pair. |
