<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and maintenance and sufficiently secure rigidity even after assembling work so as to reduce noise of intake air. CONSTITUTION:In an air intake pipe main body 1, an inner pipe 2 is integrally formed by blow-molding. An intake duct 1a and intake chamber 1b of the inner pipe 2 are fixed by struts 4, and then, the inner pipe 2 is inserted so that a sheath 3 is injection-molded in the outer periphery of the inner pipe 2. Fixture of the intake duct 1a and intake chamber 1b of the inner pipe 2, having a relatively large capacity, by the struts 4 can prevent the inner pipe 2 from being deformed by a molding pressure in injection molding, and facilitate molding work. Since the whole of the intake pipe main body 1 is supported by the struts 4 even after the intake pipe main body 1 is assembled in the engine, it is possible to prevent deformation due to an adverse effect of a negative pressure of the intake pipe, thereby reducing noise of intake air.</p> |
