PURPOSE:To produce a product of high quality by effectively utilizing the properties of a different kind of resin materials when transfer molding is performed using the respective resin materials. CONSTITUTION:A different kind of two or more resin tablets preformed into a disc shape are supplied to the pot 10 of a mold in a stacked state to be melted, and a different kind of the molten resins are pressed by a plunger 16 to be successively fed under pressure to be subjected to transfer molding. In this transfer molding method, as the resin material extruded from the pot at first among the resin materials supplied to the pot, a material 12 having good releasability in the front stage part reaching a cull 16 or a gate such as a runner 20 is used. As the resin material extruded succeedingly, a material 14 suitable for a sealing material having good electrical characteristics is used. |
