<p>Recombinant DNA comprising a chimeric nucleotide sequence encoding a Vss2 chain of the receptor for the T cell antigen, the said sequence consisting of: - a sequence derived from a human and encoding the entire variable (Vss2), diversity (Dss) and the junction (Jss) region, and - a sequence of murine origin encoding the complementary constant (Css2) region which is absent from the above human sequence, the two sequences being linked at a natural or artificially created restriction site, antibodies obtained using the said DNAs, pharmaceutical compositions, diagnostic products containing them, and method of preparation.</p> |
