PURPOSE:To enable precise laser machining of a die for producing a three- dimensional shaped product after the shape of a master model by following the master model. CONSTITUTION:The three-dimensional shape of the master model 1 is processed into die data by inverting a digitized model shape data and executing shape correction, the die data are made into laser beam machining data by dividing them into small pieces by X-Y planes and also calculating the output parameter of pulse laser in each divided region and, based on this laser beam machining data, pulse laser of output claculated at each region is radiated to a workpiece. In this way, the die after the shape of master model can be easily and precisely machined without personal difference. |
