发明名称 MOISTURE-PERMEABLE AND WATERPROOF FABRIC
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fabric capable of preventing generation of a harsh noise by forming bulky yarn from a nylon 66 multifilament having a specified fineness and exhibiting specified physical properties, weaving fabric using the resultant bulky yarn as the weft and warp yarns and laminating a finely-porous film to the fabric or applying a waterproofing treatment thereto. CONSTITUTION:Nylon 66 chip is spun at a high speed of >=4000m/min to obtain a nylon 66 multifilament exhibiting 210 to 350kg/mm<2> initial modulus, satisfying a relation represented by the formula between the peak maximum (tandelta) max of mechanical loss tangent and the peak temperature (Tmax) and having a single filament fineness within a range of 0.1 to 0.55 denier. Bulky yarn is produced from the obtained nylon nylon 66 multifilament and fabric is woven by using the resultant bulky yarn as the weft and warp yarns. The resultant woven fabric is, e.g. dyed and then subjected to water-repelling treatment. Polyurethane is subsequently applied thereto and subjected to wet coagulation. A finely-porous film is laminated thereto (or an inorganic porous film is laminated) or waterproofing treatment is applied thereto, thus obtaining the objective fabric excellent in moisture permeation and waterproofness. The obtained fabric is free from generation of a high-pitched harsh noise of >=4kHz because the contact area can be reduced even in case of mutual contact between the fabrics.
