PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition useful as a detergent for kitchen, having mild irritation to skin, excellent foaming power and cleaning force, comprising a specific fatty acid amidopropylhydroxysulfobetaine and a specific amidocarboxylic acid type surfactant as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) a fatty acid amidopropylhydroxysulfobetaine of formula I (R1 is 8-20C alkyl) and (B) an amidocarboxylic acid type surfactant of formula II (M is H, alkali metal, alkylolamine or ammonium; R is group of formula III, etc.) as essential components. The amounts of the component A and B are preferably >=10wt.% and the blending ratio of the component A/B is preferably 9.0/1.0-1.0/9.0. |
