PLASTIC MOLDED NAMEPLATE SWITCH PART

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the above switch part obtained by integrally molding a base member for a switch panel such as a nameplate and an injection molded resin part having a notched window hole provided thereto on the side of a core material resin. CONSTITUTION:A plastic molded nameplate switch part is constituted by integrally molding a base member for a switch panel composed of a transparent or translucent flexible plastic film, a laminate material piece consisting of a printing display layer of a character or a figure and a bonding melting layer and an injection molded resin part having a notched window hole provided thereto on the side of a core material resin. The base member partially having the printing display of a character or a figure is exposed to a key switch operation part and the perspective feeling and thickness of the base member can be visually confirmed. By selecting the injection molding resin on the side of the core material resin, plastics having different characteristics can be compositely and integrally molded and production cost can be reduced by a means extremely simple from the aspect of the structure or moldability of a mold.
