PURPOSE:To enable a recorder of a plurality of colors to color print without arranging a printer on a carriage by a method wherein same signals of a plurality of colors are serially inputted to an image data signal terminal of a driving integrated circuit mounted on a recorder to arrange each color so as to correspond to each color recording element. CONSTITUTION:For a semiconductor chip 1003, a plurality recording elements and function elements, and a driving integrated circuit are structurally provided inside a surface of a same substrate. Recording elements 1005M, 1005Y, 1005C corresponding to each color, signal terminals of the driving integrated circuit, and power source terminal pads 1004 are arranged on the surface. An ink supply part 1006 which supplies ink to a heat operating chamber part interconnected to an orifice, since it is required to supply the ink by separating each color content, is constructed by being divided into 1006M, 1006Y, 1006C. The each color ink supply part 6, since it is respectively interconnected to 1007M, 1007Y, 1007C provided for each color, can form a small sized low price color liquid jet recorder, and can easily cope with coloring. |
