HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE PILE BY USING THIS COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide the novel hydraulic compsn. which exhibits high strength and the process for production of the high-strength concrete pile by using this hydraulic compsn. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic compsn. is formed by compounding a high- performance water-reducing agent with a Portland cement compsn. which is adjusted in grain sizes to 2 to 7mum 50% pass grain size and 25 to 40 ratio of 90% pass grain size and 10% pass grain size and is increased in ignition loss by 0.5 to 2.0wt.% by a water spraying treatment. This process for production of the concrete pile comprises producing the concrete pile by using such hydraulic compsn. and specifying the ratio of the water and the hydraulic compsn. to 18 to 25wt.%. The mortar concrete kneaded matter formed by using the above hydraulic compsn. has a sufficient flow property and the compressive strength of the cured body is much higher than the compressive strength of the cured body produced by the conventional method. The concrete pile exhibiting >=800kgf/cm<2> one-day age strength is obtd. When the concrete pile is produced by using the above hydraulic compsn.
