摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To execute precision casting without deteriorating the characteristics of the alloy in which the alloy raw material cost is inexpensive, high in toughness and mechanical strength and having excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. CONSTITUTION: An alloy melted under heating at 1400 to 1420 deg.C is poured into a ceramics mold having 350 psi green sand mold strength, 460 psi sintered body strength and 6.5×10<-3> cm<3> /sec.cm<2> .aq permeability. A cooled and solidified body part 3 and a bottom part 5 are subjected to TIG welding at 40 to 60 A. It is subjected to solution treatment at 1030 to 1050 deg.C for 1 to 2 hr and is subjected to aging treatment at 450 to 550 deg.C for 1 to 2 hr.</p>
